The Robert W. Campbell Award is presented to organizations that have demonstrated EHS excellence. Environment, health and safety (EHS) excellence hinges upon the ability of individuals throughout an organization to contribute to building and sustaining a culture where EHS is given the same priority as business performance. Campbell Award winners extend their efforts to promote health and safety holistically and invest resources in the surrounding communities and environment. This session will dive deeply into proven social responsibility practices while providing practical examples and detailed information for each attendee to use and improve their practices.
Learning Outcomes:
Upon completion of the session, the participant will be able to:
• Examine the strategies of Campbell Award winners to continuously improve EHS management systems.
• Discuss examples of corporate sponsorship, employee contributions, community outreach, holistic well-being and employee recognition.
