Course Description:

This session will share ways that Industrial Hygienists can get better with exposure assessment by using: 1) statistical tools; 2) sampling data with Bayesian statistical results; and 3) an exposure model that accounts for mixtures. As we implement methods to improve exposure assessments, it's important we include: a) strategies for our sampling, b) statistical methods for reviewing results, and c) models that can inform our assessments. An update of SDM 2.0 software, also known as the checklist model will be presented.

Upon completion of the session, the participant will be able to:
• Define a sample strategy.
• Develop a process for validating exposure data.
• Demonstrate an application of SDM 2.0 that will enhance IH practice.
