A Comprehensive Look at IH Monitoring Equipment PDC Recording

Course Description:

Recorded at AIHce EXP 2021

The PDC will review: 1) the variety of IH measuring equipment available to perform sampling; 2) the capabilities and shortcomings of the measuring equipment; 3) the pitfalls when performing sampling with each type of equipment; 4) IH professionals' understanding of abilities and inabilities of industrial hygiene sampling; and, 5) situations that may inhibit the accuracy and validity of the sampling. For each sampling type, the course will cover available real-time and grab sampling equipment, not manufacturer-specific; explain the way the equipment operates; what it is designed to assess; what it cannot assess; and what conditions may affect the accuracy and validity of the samples. Course participants will be able to use the discussed equipment.
