Bridging Boomers to Zoomers: Understanding a Multi-generational Workplace Webinar Recording

Course Description:
Learn the tactics and strategies you need to be successful in today's multi-generational workplace.

Bridging the multiple generations, up to five, in some cases, can be a challenge until you step back and realize the mental framework from which workers operate. For example, how do we define each generation without discrimination and what events have shaped and influenced their frame of reference?

This webinar will teach you how to apply active listening and effective communication skills in a multi-generational workforce setting. The ultimate goal being to foster better communication within cross-generational teams to create an improved work environment for everyone, no matter their age or generational identification.

The topics covered in this webinar are part of the CPAG Serving the Changing Workforce content priority and a continuation of the soft skills webinars presented by the Leadership & Management Committee in collaboration with the Student Local Section, Students & Early Career Professionals, and Mentoring and Professional Development Committees.
