The Legal Issues Committee annually presents a mock trial which dramatizes testimony of Industrial Hygiene experts in a courtroom setting. It is presented in two sessions. This year the topic is marijuana employer's liability for a wrongful death. A judge presides over the trial. Jury members are selected who will give a verdict at the end of the trial. Attorneys for each side question witnesses including expert Industrial Hygiene witnesses.
